Mediation allows you and your spouse to control the outcome of your separation.  As mediators and family law lawyers, each with over 25 year’s experience, we are here to help.  We will meet with you and your spouse in a safe, confidential environment to help resolve your custody and financial issues including child support, spousal support and the division of property.

The process begins with you contacting our office.  We will respond to you within 24 hours to answer any questions that you may have about our services. Our goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible with the mediation process.  Once you have decided to proceed with mediation, we will schedule an intake meeting with each of you to meet separately with the mediator.  We create an agenda that is tailored to your family’s unique needs and begin to work together through the issues.  Most mediations are resolved in 2 to 3 sessions with the completion of a separation agreement.  We look forward to creating a positive outcome for you and your family.
